The Good Gear Solution GG PTP-1 Portable SRV Test Bench is ideal for conducting set pressure and seat tightness tests on all types of Safety Relief Valves (SRV). This advanced portable pressure test device is designed to test the opening pressure and sealing performance of various safety valves, including full lift, micro lift, metric, inch, flange, threaded, domestic, and imported valves. It complies with international standards and provides quick, efficient offline testing for a series of valves.
The equipment utilizes pressurize nitrogen or compressed air, not exceeding 200 bars, as the pressure source. It features a stepless high-pressure control system that enables precise regulation of the pressure entering the system. This results in a significant reduction in testing costs for determining the opening pressure and sealing performance of safety valves. The device boasts high-pressure control accuracy, adjustable output pressure, and a wide range of applications.
